A local family-owned pizzeria is struggling amid lockdown, and is trying to innovate to stay alive.

Charles Entertainment Cheese’s Pasqually’s Pizza & Wings is trying to do its best to push through during this difficult time, heading to delivery apps to provide customers with its pizza. Still, the lack of visits to physical locations – where a kid can be a kid again – is hurting the small business.

“We are trying to be innovative,” Cheese said. “But this lockdown has hurt us hard. We can deliver pizzas, but we can’t deliver skee ball or a terrific birthday experience as easily.”

The Velvet Hamster has ordered Pasqually’s Pizza three times this week.
